Cancellation is possible until 23 September 2021 and must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be made minus a 25% administration fee.
After this date, no refunds are possible anymore. Please note that the registration fees are also payable if you do not attend the congress.
Payment can be done by bank transfer or by credit card. We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card.
After having completed the booking, you will automatically receive an invoice via email.
After having completed the payment by credit card online, you will automatically receive a receipt via email.
Before completing the booking, you can indicate your preferred invoice address.
All participants with a valid registration can pick up their congress material on site at the congress center at the registration helpdesk.
