**For this category uploading a proof of status is mandatory: during the registration, we would kindly ask you to upload a copy of your badge indicating that you are currently working as assistant physician or a confirmation from your head of department confirming your status.

Cancellation:
Cancellation is possible until 05 October 2023 and must be sent by email to secretariat.impfkongress@congrex.com. Refunds will be made minus a 25% administration fee. After this date, no refund of participation fees is possible.
Please note that the participation fees are also payable if you do not attend the congress.
